Seven year olds learn circular breathing techniques

Small monks practicing circular breathing.

Little monks learn circular breathing with straws and water bowls. They spend hours sitting on the ground spilling water on themselves. (As you can imagine, small boys blowing bubbles always generates giggles.) When they master this breathing technique, they graduate to playing traditional Tibetan horns for ceremonies and puja.

Thank you for helping us bring light to their classrooms, Trev.
